Brilliante Award Weblog Nominations

Teddy Rose at So Many Precious Books, So Little Time has kindly nominated me for this award. Thank you, Teddy, for the honor!

These are the rules:

1. Put the logo on your blog.

2. Add a link to the person who awarded you.

3. Nominate at least seven other blogs.

4. Add links to those blogs on your blog.

5. Leave a message for your nominee on their blog.

Here are my nominations:

Rebecca at My Adventures in History. We recently exchanged guest posts, which was so much fun. She does a terrific job covering many aspects of the wide world of history.

In Under a Blood Red Sky, Tammy maintains an awesome site containing book reviews and her book challenges – by her own admission, she’s addicted not only to reading, but to challenges! We enjoy web conversations about books in several locations.

Over at Stephanie’s Confessions of a Book-a-holic, Steph writes all about – guess what. She’s one of the most prolific readers/bloggers I know.

Antiquarian’s Attic. “Like all good attics, expect it to be crammed with a miscellany of the past; mostly concerning matters archaeological, historical, architectural, artistic….”

Claudia writes The Knitting Blog by Mr. Puffy the Dog, and always has something fun to read about knitting and – what else – books! And Mr. Puffy is very cute.

Someone I’ve met only this month, Chuck (Camaroman) has a blog full of news about people who go out of their way to help others. Little things mean a lot, and when you need a shot of optimism, check out Let’s All Do the Right Thing.

From Canada, Paul’s Backcountry Musings contains all sorts of good stuff about reading with a sideline about his travels.

Check these sites out for hours of interesting reading.

  1. Gosh, thank you so much for the award! I am very flattered that you named me. I do enjoy reading Dancing with Wool and didn’t realize you wrote this blog as well. I do love reading about the Civil War and one of my favorite books is Killer Angeles.

  2. Thank you so much for considering my blog for the award! I feel honoured that you chose my site.
